Molly is an EMDR-Trained Licensed clinical social worker and a certified yoga instructor who works w/ teens, young adults, adults, & elders. Her style is always warm, nonjudgmental, & supportive. She also excels at helping individuals & groups build effective coping & communication skills, and she leads our DBT Skills Groups. She is highly skilled at holistically interweaving the elements of body, mind, & relationship therapeutically. She powerfully interweaves Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, Relational-, Attachment-based- & Somatic therapies. She shines at creatively offering interventions that anyone, even those with limitations, can deeply heal & improve their lives from. Molly supports clients in connecting with their own innate wisdom and creativity. Focusing on helping other’s cultivate tools and resources that break limiting patterns, and instead support growth. Specializations include harm-reduction, trauma & PTSD, depression, anxiety, woman’s issue’s, food issues, identity, self-harm, grief, & loss. Molly is passionate about continually expanding her work and is actively training in EMDR & other advanced trainings. She is a native to the Boulder area and spends much of her time enjoying what the front range has to offer with her dog, Sage. She is an avid yogi, hiker, & writer. LGBTQIA+ friendly. ALL Welcome!
