Holly Boulanger

Holly received her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Colorado, Denver and is a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC). She enjoys working with adolescents and their parents, young adults, and adults. Holly is trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral therapy (TF-CBT) and Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality (CAMS) and is working toward becoming EMDR & DBT trained. Her specialty areas include healing from trauma and PTSD, coping with anxiety and depression, identity and self-esteem, and working through life transitions. She blends mindfulness, somatic experiencing, CBT, and DBT in her work with clients all with an overarching focus on helping clients identify their most closely held values in order to heal from past wounds and take concrete steps toward living a more rich and meaningful life. Holly was born and raised in Western Colorado. In her free time you can find Holly taking hikes with her husband and their dog, watching too much TV, traveling, and she is currently learning how to play guitar! LGBTQIA+ inclusive.
