Anxiety, Panic & Phobia

Anxiety, Panic & Phobia

At least, 1 in 5 people suffer from severe anxiety

Most prevalent are Generalized Anxiety, Phobias, Social Anxiety, and Panic Attacks. Additionally, OCD and related disorders: Hair Pulling, Skin Picking, Body Dysmorphia, and Hoarding, are characterized by obsessions, extreme anxiety, and compulsions. Individuals who have Anxiety disorders have significant difficulty pushing away or ignoring their thoughts and fears. Avoidance strategies, reassurance seeking and in some cases ritualized behavioral or mental compulsions ensue.
