“We don't stop playing because we grow old; we grow old because we stop playing!” ― George Bernard Shaw

The moment we stop ourselves from the fun stuff is the moment we allow ourselves to grow old. I don't think that growing old is not a good thing. I think it allows us to become more mature and responsible of what we are doing. It allows us to learn from our mistakes and make ourselves better. But I believe as well that we shouldn't stop us from playing. Playing will make our lives happier and more satisfying.

Overall, I think us baby boomers have proven to be lousy parents and the parents that are coming up behind us are no better. We spoil our kids so they'll be our friends and then we wonder why there are so many 20 and 30-somethings still living at home in our neighborhoods. Art or drama degree anyone? One benefit of compulsory military service would be to get kids away from their parents. Thanks for sharing this quote with us!

This is such a good quote! I believe that there is no age limit when it comes to playing sports. Some people think that just because they are already old then they can't play any sports anymore. I know many old people who are still into sports even up until today. I believe that old people can still do the things they love. Of course, there are things they cannot do anymore that they used to do, but there are thousands of other things they can still do even if they are already of age.

It's a great quote. He was a wise person, don't you agree with that?
