Anger and frustration can lead us to lash out, even at innocent people. Some people have a mental habit where they repeatedly replay an experience in their minds. This habit may keep thise emotions fresh. I think the best thing to keep lashing out is to distract yourself so you could easily forget the experience. Anyway, thanks for sharing this. Wow! What amoving video! I have an anger management problem. I can totally relate with your comment. I often tend to lash out at people when I can't control my anger or rage. Is it normal? I want to be more calm. This attitude is ruining my relationships with people.
